Booking conditions

Touristic tax:

Touristic tax is 2,10€ per person and day (I.G.I. included). It must be payed by cash.

Cancellation policies:  

In case of cancellation, the following expenses will apply:  

A. Standard Rate:

- Reservations canceled with more than 7 days in advance will have a cost of 0% of the total reservation.

- Reservations canceled with less than 7 days in advance will have a cost of 50% of the total reservation.

- Reservations canceled with less than 1 day in advance will have a cost of 100% of the total reservation.

B. NON Refundable:

- Reservations canceled will have a cost of 100% of the total reservation.

Important information:

- Credit cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard

- Website payment will be done through Virtual TPV.

- In case of cancellation in the allowed period, we will give back the corresponding amount as soon as posible and always before 7 days.

- Collection and return of the deposit: The payment is always made to the credit card at the time of entry to the apartment and the return after 7 days of the departure.

Additional notes:

- Check-in time: 16:00 p.m. to 22:00 p.m. (arrivals after 22 p.m. have a supplement of € 30 and are subject to previous confirmation)

- Check-out time: until 12:00 h (Entry and exit times are flexible during the low season)

- From the beginning of November until the end of April it is recommended to bring special equipment for the car in case of snowfall.
